Job Description
Account Managers assist Sales Executives by servicing and developing P&C insurance programs. This includes prospect/renewal presentations, maintaining client relationships, ensuring timely premium collection, and developing marketing plans. The role involves building relationships with underwriters and providing training to Associate Account Executives.
Requirements
- BA or BS or applicable job experience
- 1-3 years experience in P&C or related field
- Current resident P&C license within 30 days of hiring
- Strong Outlook, Word, and Excel Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Physical Demands (lifting, carrying, etc.)
