Job Description
As a Senior Staff Accountant, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely financial reporting, strengthening internal controls, and supporting audits and compliance activities. You'll take ownership of critical close processes, partner cross-functionally to improve financial operations, and help keep our accounting standards strong as the business grows.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum five (5) years of total accounting experience, including at least two (2) years in a Staff Accountant role
- Proven ability to prepare and analyze all three financial statements
- Experience reviewing trial balances from start to finish
- Familiarity with tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Proficiency with ERP accounting systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
