The Field Consultant provides support to Franchisee Instructors, inspects and verifies compliance with company standards, and develops assigned market areas through the development of existing centers and the opening of new centers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Ability to travel extensively locally/regionally
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to motivate people, instill accountability, and achieve results
- Proficiency with Word and Excel software programs
- Previous multi-unit service management preferred
- 2 - 4 years of experience preferred
