Requirements

• Engineering degree, technical training, or comparable qualifications
• Experience in quality management, ideally in an industrial environment
• Analytical thinking, quality awareness, and a structured, self-motivated working style
• Knowledge of modern QM tools (8D, FMEA, audit methods)
• Excellent German and English language skills in writing and speaking
