Job Description
Kuda is seeking a Data Science Manager to lead a team focused on developing and deploying machine learning models for credit scoring, fraud detection, and collections. The role involves collaboration with product, engineering, and data teams, ensuring scalability, real-time decisioning, and data-driven solutions. The role requires a strong leader with experience in managing teams and translating business challenges into effective data science solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years in data science with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and machine learning libraries (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong knowledge of cloud environments and services (AWS, Google Cloud).
- Experience in credit risk modeling, fraud detection, or financial services is highly desirable.
