Requirements
- Efficiently handle data entry tasks, including customer information, orders and documents related to orders and various updates.
- Independently handle routine customer inquiries, direct complex issues to the appropriate team members, as well as to coordinate necessary information for the team.
- Prepare and organize necessary documentation for sales transactions and operations history records.
- Assist and support Sales Team in handling different administrative tasks and reports.
- Coordinate information regarding orders, product deliveries, reporting etc. within the company and the customers.
