Organize and lead employee training, conduct checks and analysis, develop and implement corrective actions, and ensure technical relevance of technological processes.
Requirements
- Professional higher education in engineering or a similar technical field
- At least 2 years of experience in a comparable position in the manufacturing or wood processing industry
- Good command of the Latvian language and good English language skills
- Practical knowledge of computer applications (MS Excel, PowerPoint, CAD/Fusion, SolidWorks)
- Technical thinking and mechanical knowledge, with the ability to analyze and optimize production processes
- Experience working with technical documentation – reading and interpreting drawings, schemes, and technical specifications
