We are looking for a Team Lead / Senior Testing Specialist with experience in analyzing project requirements, developing testing strategies, and leading test teams. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance methodologies, automated testing tools, and Agile methodology.

• Leading test teams and managing resources
• Experience with Quality Assurance methodologies and automated testing tools
• Experience with Agile methodology
• Good analysis or problem solving skills

• Ability to work to deadlines
• Experience working on onsite offshore model
• Knowledge in CMM Level 5 processes
