Job Description
We are seeking a Sr. IBM BPM Developer with 7-10 years of experience in process design and development, and strong BPM UI development skills including Javascript/dojo/jQuery. The ideal candidate will have experience with various versions of BPM, database integration, and agile scrum methodology.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in IBM BPM technology
- Very strong BPM UI development skills including Javascript/dojo/jQuery (both coach views and heritage coaches)
- Experience with various versions of BPM or heritage coaches in newer versions
- Experience with database integration and SQL, able to write complex queries
- Detailed experience in integrating external systems with IBM BPM
- Experience consuming soap web services (XML, XSL)
- Experience with agile scrum methodology
- Strong hands-on development experience in IBM BPM 7.x/8.x for at least 2-3 years
- Need to be able to code hands-on in Java at least some basics
- Having IBM BPM configuration skills will be an added advantage
- Good communication skills and able to directly interact with the customer
