Job Description
Kreato Global is a BPO company specializing in language solutions, with a focus on Medical Interpretation using OPI and VRI. This is a full-time, remote position for an English-Mandarin Medical Interpreter. The role involves providing accurate over-the-phone interpretation services in healthcare settings to facilitate communication between healthcare providers and patients.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Relevant certification in Medical Interpretation (preferred)
- HIPAA compliant
