Job Description
We're looking for a Founder's Associate - Growth & Performance Marketing to build a new growth engine for our digital health company. You'll be responsible for building and scaling our online growth engine, owning P&L, and running acquisition across various channels. You'll work with AI agents, use online tools and workflows, and be accountable for making numbers move.
Requirements
- University degree in a structured field (e.g. engineering, economics, math, science, computer science)
- Track record of building something from scratch (side projects, internships with real responsibility, first 1–2 years in a high-performance environment)
- Extremely detail-oriented, data-driven nerd
- High-agency, outcome-obsessed, and accountable
