Kraken is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager for the Pro team to build and maintain trading platform components. The team is responsible for authentication, e-mail management, user stats, and the trading engine. They are focused on accelerating crypto adoption and providing industry-leading security, education, and client support.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering
• 3+ years of experience running a software development team
• Experience writing network services or asynchronous code in Rust
