Job Description
Internal Legal Counsel to create, review, and negotiate contracts with customers and suppliers, manage central risk clauses, support project teams in claim prevention, and manage customer and supplier claims.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of experience in commercial contract law and project-based business
- In-depth knowledge of company and contract law, as well as experience in claim management
- Confident negotiator in an international environment
- Pragmatic, entrepreneurial, and execution-oriented working style
- Confident negotiator in German and English
