Requirements
- Successful completion of a business economics degree or a comparable commercial education with a focus on sales, marketing, or trade
- Several years of experience in key account management within the FMCG industry, with responsibility for large national retail chains, combined with experience in handling personnel leadership
- Outstanding negotiation skills and a confident appearance on decision-maker level
- Analytical and strategic thinking to develop customer-oriented growth strategies
- High result orientation, self-initiative, and a hands-on mentality
