Job Description
KQED is seeking a Revenue Accountant to ensure timely processing and coding of customer billing and cash receipts. This role will oversee the preparation of revenue-related journal entries and reports, manage accounts receivable, and work in collaboration with various departments. Requirements
- Download daily cash transactions from the bank.
- Prepare cash and checks for deposit into bank.
- Manage Accounts Receivable email in-box.
- Maintain Balance Sheet Analyses of receivable and deferred revenue accounts.
- Actively pursue collection of outstanding accounts receivable.
- Draft FAQ for internal and external users of the system.
