Requirements

• Monitor and escalate SIEM alerts based on correlation rules.
• Analyze and escalate email and malware protection alerts.
• Provide input for content fine tuning and use case enablement.
• Active threat hunting on network flow, user behaviour, and threat intelligence.
• Phishing email analysis for MFs.
• Triage and assign incident handling tasks.
• Follow Playbooks instructions.
• Understand and imbibe current SOC process.
• Perform quality assessment on SOC operations.
• Record and summarize observed process deviations.
