KPMG New Zealand is seeking a Manager or Senior Manager in its Transactions team to provide financial advice and contribute to the growth of the business. The role involves managing client projects, advising on complex transactions, and building relationships with senior management and executives.
Requirements
- Prior work experience, with transaction diligence or M&A transactions experience preferred
- Chartered accountant or similar level finance/business related qualification
- Excellent report writing and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience and a proven track record in the overall management of staff
- Collaborative approach to achieving goals
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
