Process Lead

Requirements

• Strong understanding of process control and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and coach others
• Experience in driving process improvements and implementing standards in a fast-paced environment
• Confidence in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 tools to support reporting and improvement activities
• A passion for continuous learning and role-modelling KP Snacks' values of ownership, collaboration, and a positive approach to change
