Maintenance Lead

The ideal candidate has a formal engineering qualification, strong fault-finding skills, experience with PLC automation, and a team mindset.

Requirements

• Formal engineering qualification (HNC/ONC or equivalent) in mechanical and/or electrical discipline
• 18th Edition wiring regulations qualification
• Strong fault-finding, troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience with PLC automation and Lean tools/techniques
• Knowledge of COSHH and safe working practices
• Ability to train and coach others effectively
• A team mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
