We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Service Officer to join our Branch Banking team. The role involves handling day-to-day cash and non-cash transactions, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and promoting bank services. This position is a customer-facing role requiring strong communication and attention to detail.

• Manage cash and non-cash transactions efficiently and accurately
• Handle customer requests related to cash withdrawals, deposits, demand drafts, and cheque processing
• Maintain high standards of speed and accuracy in all transactional processes
