Relationship Manager - Tractor and Crop Finance-AGRI-FIN-TRACTOR LOANS AND RETAIL(TFE)-Marketing Branches Operations

We are looking for a self-motivated Relationship Manager for Tractor and Crop Finance (TFE) within the MSME sector. This role involves sourcing working capital loans, managing customer relationships, and ensuring a smooth service delivery process. It’s a field-intensive role requiring strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.

Requirements

• Source working capital loan facilities for Agri-related and MSME industries.
• Maintain a monthly disbursement pipeline with ticket sizes ranging from ₹2 crore to ₹25 crore.
• Achieve a minimum of 3 new cases per month.
• Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
• Adhere to the mantra of ‘Speed, Scale, and Skill’ in all business activities.
