Strategy & Operations Associate, Kota Embed

We're hiring a Strategy & Operations Associate for our Embed function to help build and scale how we deliver embedded health insurance to our enterprise partners. You'll work across teams to strengthen operational foundations, coordinate successful launches, and improve partner experience. You'll build processes, drive process improvement, and develop data and tools to operate more efficiently.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations or strategy
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and process improvement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain internal processes and documentation
