CAREGIVER

The Caregiver position involves providing personal care and support to residents, including meal service, activities, and cleaning. This role requires adherence to organizational and regulatory requirements, ensuring resident safety and quality care. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living, medical administration, and documentation.

Requirements

• High School education, plus 6 months of experience as a personal aide, Caregiver or equivalent life experience
• Certification of CNA or MA completion (preferred)
• Reliability and Flexibility in Scheduling
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Efficient organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of State Regulations and HR policies
• Knowledge of occupational safety standards
