We are looking for a skilled Creative Services Specialist to lead traffic and project coordination across all creative disciplines. This role is pivotal in ensuring that projects are scoped accurately, resourced efficiently, and delivered on time, while fostering collaboration across design, content, and video teams.
Requirements
- Own the intake process for all creative requests via Adobe Workfront
- Partner with Growth Marketing and Portfolio teams to translate briefs into actionable creative deliverables
- Assign projects to appropriate team members based on skillset, availability, and vertical alignment
- Manage daily traffic meetings and dashboards to monitor project status, timelines, and blockers
- Collaborate with Creative PMs and Art Directors to adjust timelines and reallocate resources as needed
- Maintain visibility into team bandwidth and proactively flag capacity constraints
- Serve as the central liaison between creative teams and stakeholders across marketing, web, and events
- Facilitate kickoff meetings and ensure alignment on scope, deliverables, and timelines
- Support campaign planning by providing input on feasibility, sequencing, and resource needs
- Track KPIs related to project throughput, on-time delivery, and stakeholder satisfaction
- Identify and implement process improvements that enhance creative operations
