Business Partner Controlling (m/w/d)

Join Magirus, a part of the Mutaris Group, as a Business Partner Controlling (m/f/d) and become the financial conscience and co-pilot of the platform leaders. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for financial evaluation of projects and orders, creating transparency about profitability, and supporting management in making data-driven decisions.

Requirements

• Completed studies in the field of business administration, finance, economics, or a similar field
• Relevant professional experience in controlling or corporate consulting / restructuring / performance improvement
• Strong will to shape and ambition to question, improve, and take responsibility
• Hands-on mentality and drive to build structures actively rather than just managing them
• Deep understanding of financial processes, corporate management, and BI-based key figure systems
• Experience with ERP, database, or reporting systems (e.g. SAP, Power BI, SQL)
