The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communicative skills, knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations, and experience in project planning and preparation.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a preparation coordinator in the construction sector
• Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and legislation
• A completed technical education at HBO or WO level
• Excellent communicative skills
• Knowledge of legislation and regulations within the construction sector
• Pro-active attitude and a true team player
• Problem-solving skills
• Command of the Dutch and English language
• Possession of a valid B driving license
