Calculator (Senior)

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Calculator to strengthen our team. As a calculator, you are responsible for preparing cost estimates and budgets for our construction projects. You work closely with our project team and are a crucial link in the successful execution of our projects.

Requirements

• Completed HBO education in the field of building science or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Calculator in the construction industry
• Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and regulations
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Accurate and numerate
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• A team player with a proactive attitude
• Experience with calculation software is a plus
• Knowledge of construction regulations and legislation
• Proactive attitude and a true team player
• Problem-solving skills and stress-resistant
• Proficiency in Dutch and English
• Possession of a valid B driver's license
