Job Description
Koniag Professional Services (KPS) is seeking an experienced Network Engineer with a Top Secret clearance to support KPS and our government customer in Fort Bragg, NC.
Requirements
- Assist client Network Engineering department in supporting and establishing configuration standards as it relates to the Audio Visual (AV) Network.
- Develop long term strategies in support of the AV enterprise to enable a robust, flexible, and highly reliable AV collaboration systems.
- Provide on-site troubleshooting to localize and diagnose faults with the AV network.
- Provide on-site support to correct problems resulting from poor external conditions, incorrect hook-up, etc.
- Provide on-site support to perform alignments or adjustments to restore optimum network performance.
- Provide designated reports detailing PM cycles, equipment status, issues, and any other relevant information reference the client systems or onsite support.
- Assist with the development of AV Network solutions in support of the client site.
- Assist client with design reviews and implementation plans for proposed projects.
- Conduct market research of new technologies in support of the client site.
- Assist with site Surveys and gathering end user requirements.
