Requirements
- 8-10 years experience building and running account based marketing (ABM) programs.
- Proven record of driving increased engagement and pipeline in ABM accounts.
- Experience building ABM reporting infrastructure to measure program impact, performance, and areas for improvement.
- Experience setting service level agreements (SLAs) and next steps with sales.
- Experience building registration pages for in-person and digital experiences
- Ability to program manage global stakeholders to deliver builds and activities on-time.
- Understanding of how paid media can support ABM initiatives and ability to work with our paid media team to shape ABM paid motions.
- Experience with Salesforce and Marketo.
- Experience supporting in-person and digital events.
- Adaptable and solutions-oriented. You thrive in ambiguity, pivot gracefully, and maintain momentum even when plans change.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to influence and align across working styles and competing priorities.
- Previous experience owning a sourced pipeline target.
