Job Description
KOMODO is building a gaming and manga company, aiming to revolutionize the industry through innovative hard drives, games, and a community-driven platform. They are hiring Customer Support Specialists for their Tokyo and Honolulu studios, focused on assisting customers with Steam Deck products, games, and manga-related projects. The role offers opportunities for collaboration and operational support.
Requirements
- Native-level Korean skills and business-level or higher Japanese skills
- Experience in proposing and improving systems and business processes
- Passionate about the game and manga industries
- Experience in one project for at least 2 years and achieving goals preferred
- Experience in leading or managing a team in any department preferred
