Estate & Business Succession Planning Attorney (3L or Recent Graduate)

Koley Jessen is seeking a motivated 3L student or recent law school graduate to join their team of attorneys and paralegals dedicated to estate planning and administration, business succession planning, charitable planning, and related areas of the law.

Requirements

• Coursework in trusts & estates, estate planning, personal income tax, corporate income tax, estate and gift tax, and tax-exempt organizations
• Demonstrated interest in estate planning, tax, business succession planning, and charitable planning
• Strong legal research, issue-spotting, problem-solving, and writing skills
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset
• Be licensed, or eligible to become licensed, to practice law in Nebraska
