The Data Analyst plays a central role in supporting data-driven decision making across Koin's multi-brand e-commerce business, producing reliable KPI reporting and analysing data across key commercial functions.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, or similar analytics role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to interpret business data across multiple functions
- Experience working with KPI reporting and performance analysis
- Comfortable analyzing data across commercial, marketing, and operational contexts
- Strong problem-solving mindset with curiosity to investigate trends and ask “why” when analyzing data
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to clearly explain technical analysis and data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience using AI tools to assist with analysis, automation, or productivity
- Strong written and spoken English with the ability to communicate insights clearly
- Ability to work remotely in a structured and self-managed environment aligned with UK business hours
