Kody is seeking a dedicated Compliance & Risk Manager to lead the regulatory and operational risk frameworks. The role involves developing and maintaining policies, ensuring regulatory adherence, conducting audits, and fostering a strong compliance culture. This is a hands-on role with a focus on scaling the company through increased expansion in both the UK and Hong Kong.
