Job Description
Heat Treat Operator is responsible for changing the chemical makeup of aluminum by utilizing the heat treatment process, ensuring product quality assurance, and promoting safe working conditions.
Requirements
- High school degree or GED equivalency
- Basic mechanical aptitude
- Willing to work 12-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Able to perform repetitive and physically demanding tasks
- Willing to maintain strict adherence to safety rules and regulations
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to accurately use basic math
