Job Description
KnowledgeCity is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Specialist to manage payroll processes and manage divisional tracking and spending. The Corporate Payroll Specialist is responsible for administrative tasks associated with all payroll related budget activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
- 4 years of experience in payroll processing and administration
- Experience with software tracking and vendor management is highly desirable
- Strong understanding of payroll and software management tools
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google and familiarity with database management
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Effective communication skills to interact with employees, management, and vendors
