Content and Video Quality Control Specialist

KnowledgeCity is seeking a detail-oriented and English-proficient Content & Video Quality Control Specialist to join our Post-Production team. This is a remote role, best suited for someone who thrives in an independent work environment, has a strong eye for detail, and is passionate about maintaining top-tier video quality.

Requirements

• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to spot visual, audio, and linguistic inconsistencies.
• Strong understanding of video formats, pacing, transitions, and narration sync.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while meeting tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Boords and other storyboard tools (training will be provided if needed).
• Comfortable using platforms such as Google Drive, ClickUp, and feedback documents.
• Prior experience in content writing, post-production QC, e-learning, or related fields is a plus.
