Sr Manufacturing Quality Engineer (Electronics)

The Sr Manufacturing Quality Engineer (Electronics) will lead quality systems throughout the manufacturing lifecycle, implementing and sustaining robust quality systems, managing non-conformances, and driving process improvement. The role involves ensuring adherence to AS9100 Quality System standards, supporting supplier management, and performing supplier assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar technical/engineering discipline
• Minimum of 5 years of Quality Engineering experience in an aerospace manufacturing or defense contracting industry, with a focus on electronics/electrical components
• J-STD and/or NASA training/experience is required (Certifications strongly preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of AS9100 Quality System and LEAN manufacturing principles (e.g., Six Sigma)
• Capable of interpreting complex engineering drawings and instructions
• Expert knowledge of electronic hardware handling protocols (e.g., ESD and FOD)
