Plant Manager

The Plant Manager is a key leadership role responsible for the operation and maintenance of a power generating facility. This position involves overseeing all plant activities, ensuring safety, maximizing profitability, and managing a team of employees. The Plant Manager is the primary liaison with the Owner, community, and regulatory agencies.

Requirements

• Administer the Safety, Operations, Maintenance, Administrative, Training, Chemistry, and Environmental Compliance programs.
• Manage and oversee the performance of planned and unplanned plant outages.
• Manage project agreements and ensure facility compliance.
• Develop and implement staffing and training plans.
• Provide safe working environment and promote safety awareness.
• Control and maintain plant expenditures.
