Engineering Manager

We are seeking a hands-on Engineering Manager to lead all engineering functions for a rapidly growing manufacturing facility. This role involves supervising a team of Project, Design, and Controls Engineers, managing capital projects, and serving as a mentor and coach. The manager will also be a key player in driving continuous improvement, technical growth, and best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical preferred, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, or related fields acceptable)
• Minimum 7–10 years in a manufacturing engineering role with proven capital project leadership
• Hands-on experience in project engineering and process engineering
• Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and reliability engineering
• Proficient with AutoCAD/Inventor, project management software (MS Project, Primavera), and data analysis tools
• Familiarity with PLCs, industrial control systems, and P&ID interpretation
