Are you passionate about creating an optimal puzzle between customer demand and operations? As Supply Planning Team Leader, you will ensure the optimal balance in inventory and build a solid S&OP process, making the Supply Chain proactive instead of reactive.

Requirements

• Operational inventory management and planning
• Daily work coordination of two planners in Utrecht and one in production planning in Oosterhout
• Content point of contact for the team
• Monitoring and strengthening the S&OP process
• Optimization of inventory levels based on trends, customer behavior, and seasonal movements
• Timely product availability through close collaboration with suppliers, transport partners, and internal stakeholders
• Implementation of ERP and BI tooling: Blueyonder, Tableau, and SAP MRP
• Initiation and realization of improvement projects focused on processes, quality, and cost control
• Accurate and up-to-date data in SAP ERP
