Requirements
- Hold a degree in Business Studies, Computer Science, or a related field, supported by relevant work experience
- Possess strong knowledge of Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies (COBIT) and experience in developing and maintaining IT Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Familiar with IT industry standards such as ISO 9001 and ISO 27001, with experience in supporting certification processes and continuous improvement initiatives
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret performance metrics, conduct evaluations, and implement effective corrective actions
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, engaging stakeholders, and driving alignment and accountability in quality management practices, with excellent communication skills and proficiency in English and German
