The Industrial Graduate Programme is a 24-month graduate programme that will allow you to rotate across various locations and plants in Europe. You will be responsible for improving processes, troubleshooting production issues, and enhancing quality and efficiency.
Requirements
- Graduating this year/ have been recently graduated in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical or Electromechanical)
- Internship experience in a manufacturing or production environment or manufacturing-related experience as part of school projects or student job
- Fluent in English, additional European language is a plus (and might be required for specific locations)
- Flexible and adaptable to relocate in international environments for shorter or longer periods of time
- Not afraid to travel and resourceful
- Open-minded and want to learn continuously
- Entrepreneurial spirit and strong problem-solving skills
- Pragmatic with strong technical, analytical and organizational skills
- Team player enjoying working collaboratively with people from different countries and backgrounds
