Knauf Belgium is recruiting a Customer Training Specialist to strengthen its Marketing team. The ideal candidate has experience in laying and knowledge of products, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Requirements
- Writing training courses (theory and practice) and training programs
- Designing or updating training materials
- Organizing customer training: booking/preparing equipment and taking care of clients during training sessions
- Animating training sessions (theory and practice)
- Processing customer feedback and updating training and/or training materials
- Analyzing KPIs to participate in improving training and documentation
- Ensuring safety for both clients and yourself
- Focusing on customer service: providing a real service to customers while being attentive to their expectations and needs
- Feeding the relationship with our partner organizations in the organization of training sessions
- Collaborative work: working closely with other departments (R&D, sales, marketing, technical service) to maximize synergies
- Logistics management and inventory management of equipment for the Knauf Academy
- Global management: procurement requests, equipment loan,...
- Participation in product testing
- Realization of didactic modules
- Realization of samples if needed
