In this role as HR Generalist, you will implement HR strategies, act as a sparring partner for management, and oversee strategic and operational HR work. You will be the first point of contact for management and employees, and work closely with HR process experts and local HR teams.
Requirements
- Completed education, preferably university, TU, FH
- Personal expert with drive, empathy, and high customer orientation
- Good knowledge of labor law and change management
- Strong communication skills, advisory competence, and a good sense of people and organizations
- Reliability and solution-oriented thinking
- Very good German and English skills
