Associate/Senior Associate, Incentive Compensation Analytics- Remote

KMK is a global data analytics and technology consulting company empowering leaders across the Life Sciences industries to make better data-driven decisions. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Incentive Compensation (IC) Associate to support all components of incentive compensation design and implementation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Life Sciences, etc.)
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in commercial operations within the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on IC design and operations or call plan and targeting
• Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes
