As an Accounts Payable Supervisor at Vanta, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of our accounts payable and employee expense functions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and Employee Expense roles
• 2 years of supervisory experience (SaaS or tech industry preferred)
• Experience with Ramp, NetSuite (or other ERP systems), and Bill.com (or other P2P platforms)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process management skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Outstanding communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Experience operating in a high-volume, rapid-growth environment
