- Australian Public Practice in Business Services: 3 years minimum
- CA or CPA qualified (or working toward full qualification)
- Proven experience in the Australian Public Practice Accounting industry
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong tax knowledge and practical understanding of business structuring, compliance, and advisory services
- High attention to detail with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise and delegate effectively
- Technologically confident with working knowledge of Xero, MYOB, and Microsoft Excel/Word
