Illumio has a great opportunity for a Payroll Analyst to join our fast-growing company. The Payroll Analyst role is perfect for those with a payroll, HR, business, and/or data analysis background who are looking for a chance to contribute to Company’s history of success.
Requirements
- Assist in performing a variety of technical and confidential duties related to the processing and administration of employee payroll globally
- Prepare and generate payrolls for all employees including withholding for taxes, social security, unemployment insurance, and retirement
- Update employee records and other deductions as authorized
- Provide support to employees regarding payroll, time and labor, and tax concerns
- Assist with employment verification worldwide
- Assist with document gathering for audits
- Process equity exercises on as needed basis
