We are seeking a Content Administrator to join our Knowledge Management team to spearhead cross-functional engagements with business teams, design and build content, and promote continued enhancements in process, content, and IP best practices within the organization.

Requirements

• Proficient in Knowledge Management platforms (wiki's, intranets, handbooks, etc)
• Ability to learn and engage with new platforms quickly
• Comfortable identifying improvements, gaps, and impediments and elevating them for visibility
• Able to manage and prioritize tasks based on organizational, department, and team deliverables and timelines
• Energized by fast-paced, high growth environments and manage change by leveraging your organizational skills and flexibility
• Confident in engaging with senior leaders
• Passionate about employee experience, customer feedback, and working cross-functionally for the best solutions
