Figma is growing its team and seeking a Senior Payroll Specialist to support the international accounting team. The role will involve crafting and developing the international finance function, maintaining and reviewing payroll data, and ensuring compliance with country-specific tax and social security regulations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle, multi-country payroll processing experience
- Experience building relationships and communicating with stakeholders across all levels and functions
- Some knowledge of international statutory payroll requirements, tax laws, and compliance frameworks
